So many obstacles can get in the way of keeping the focus on

Juggling
Being a director of a social service agency in the world of
a state-run fee-for-service system is like juggling 27 balls in the air and
each ball has a different consequence and a different department to answer to
if it should fall. It takes strong arms, a strong back and a dedicated team. My
arms are tired and my back hurts, but thank God I have a strong team.
